This year, we’re coming together to deliver the ultimate nutrition, health, and wellness experience.  In this four-week intensive we will cover a variety of vital health topics in detail.  Including:

 Nutrition Typing & Supplementation – find the proper food balance of macronutrients and supplementation to support your individual body chemistry, goals, and lifestyle.

 Hormone Balance & Gut Health – An in-depth assessment protocol to support hormonal balance including estrogen dominance, high cortisol and solid digestion protocols.

Stress, Mindset & Activity – The supporting factors to a good nutrition base. 

Putting it all together for longevity – How to take all the concepts and place them together for an optimal lifestyle that supports the highest level of health, wellness and longevity.
